iThink 365 joins the Hackathon to help teams turn ideas into working solutions
Turning ideas into practical solutions is what iThink 365 does for organisations. On 13 November, they’re helping our teams do it in eight hours.
iThink 365 is sponsoring the LegalTech in Leeds Hackathon on Friday 13 November 2026, run in partnership with Bruntwood SciTech. Two of its team, including its CEO, will support participants on the day as Expert Mentors and Team Innovation Guides, helping teams explore different approaches, strengthen their thinking and take their ideas from concept to working prototype.
About iThink 365
iThink 365 is a Microsoft 365 and AI consultancy that helps organisations rethink the way they work and turn ideas and business challenges into practical solutions that make a real difference.
The company specialises in Microsoft 365, Copilot, agentic AI and Power Platform, creating solutions that help organisations improve collaboration and communication, automate processes, identify where AI can add real value and, importantly, support people to adopt it successfully.
Its focus goes beyond the technology itself. iThink 365 combines technical expertise with a strong focus on people, adoption and real-world outcomes, helping organisations not just introduce new technology, but make it part of the way they work.
Using technology to solve real problems
It’s a simple belief, and it shapes everything iThink 365 does.
"We’re passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems and turning good ideas into solutions that genuinely make a difference."
Hackathons and innovation days are familiar territory too. The team regularly engages with customers and its own people through innovation exchanges, and the thinking behind them is this:
"Innovation is a big part of who we are, but we believe the best ideas rarely happen in isolation. They come from bringing people together, sharing knowledge, challenging each other’s thinking and being prepared to experiment. That’s what excites us about the Hackathon. It’s an opportunity to support the talent and creativity within the region, share our experience and work alongside people with different skills, perspectives and ideas. Hackathons create a great environment to collaborate, experiment and explore what’s possible, particularly as AI continues to change the way we work and the solutions we can create.”
Supporting emerging tech talent matters to iThink 365, and that includes making sure people starting out can get hands-on guidance from experienced experts.
“For us, it’s also about giving something back. Sharing what we’ve learnt, seeing the ideas people bring to the table, being part of the energy and enthusiasm of the day, and helping people develop their thinking into something tangible.”
The iThink 365 experts supporting the teams
On the day, two experts from the iThink 365 team will be working alongside our teams as Expert Mentors and Team Innovation Guides, sharing their know-how to help participants shape their ideas and get them working.
